Day 33: May 31, 2026 – Divine Vibrations and Family Ties

Sunday turned out to be a beautiful, soul-stirring day. The whole family got together and traveled to the famous Kateramma Temple in Hoskote. The moment we stepped into the temple premises, the spiritual energy was palpable—the vibe and the sheer power of Amma felt incredibly strong. It was deeply moving to witness the absolute faith of the devotees there; there is a widespread belief that if you pray for your wishes here for nine consecutive weeks, they will be fulfilled.

After returning home, we spent a wonderful evening just sitting together, talking, and enjoying each other's company. It was a perfectly relaxed Sunday, made complete by keeping my discipline intact with my evening pooja and Sandhyavandanam. To add to the day's relief, I finally took a proactive step for my health and sought out a physiotherapist to help heal my stubborn shoulder injury.

Today’s Lesson

Lord Ayyappa taught me today that while our individual discipline keeps us steady, visiting spaces of collective faith and spending time with family nourishes the soul. True healing happens when we take care of the mind through prayer, the heart through family, and the body through proper care.
